Registered Nurse | Boundaries Coach
Amber is a nurse, coach, and consultant who spent 19 years working in hospitals and clinics. In 2023, almost two years after her first husband died, she set new boundaries that helped with her grief healing. Now, she works independently as a coach and consultant, using her nursing and life experiences to help others. In 2025, Amber developed the 5-Day Boundaries That Heal Challenge which focuses on holistic boundaries. Learning how to recognize the types of boundaries one needs is part of the process in the Challenge. Creating boundaries is about learning what supports your well-being and then protecting that as consistently as you can. This is what helped Amber heal and what she teaches others.

“I hope people leave my circle with a better understanding of themselves and how they show up in relationships, along with practical skills they can actually use in their everyday lives. More than anything, I want them to feel empowered to communicate more intentionally, create deeper connection, and build relationships that feel safe, supportive, and fulfilling.”
Something that makes me human: I spent nearly 30 years co-owning an auto body business with my husband before becoming a relationship coach. It may seem like two completely different worlds, but both taught me a lot about people, relationships, and what it takes to build something that lasts.
